PRESENTATION

À la carte restaurant, from which there is a wonderful view across the nearby woods, is an ideal place for protocol and business dinners. Only ingenious gourmet creations designed by our chefs make it to the menu here, and are changed on an annual basis. In 2007, Mons’ chef was Mr Hermann Wieser, who in his rich career has also worked at Goldener Hirsch, one of the most prestigious hotels in Salzburg.

• Goose liver and apple cake with brioche and
  cranberries

• Octopus carpaccio on an olive and limepesto,
  with parmesan and rocket

• Kras prosciutto with marinated olives

• Autumn leaf salad with raspberries and a nut oil dressing,
  served withsmoked duck breast

• Colourful leaf salad with a balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing

• Muscat, pumpkin and cream soup servedwith a crusty pocket

• Beef soup with groats dumpling

• Herbal risotto served with King Prawn, grilled in garlic butter
  and servedwith vegetables

• Roast sole with leaf spinach, potatoes and Perno sauce

• Scorpion fish fillet with rosemary potatoesand grilled vegetables

• Lamb saddle with pulses, pears, thyme sauce and cream »polenta«

• Home made “Arabbiata” noodles with parmesan

• Cooked beef Caesar style with traditional side dishes
  (Roast potatoes, spinach and apple horseradish)

• Prime beef fillet with mushroom sauce and home made noodles

• Venison medallions in a shallot sauce with bacon, apple,
  red cabbage and baked nut gnocchi
 
• Chestnut mousse lasagne with marinated strawberries
  and a mandarin sorbet

• Bourbon vanilla Créme Brulee with iced green tea

• Home made apple or quark pie with vanilla sauce




BUSINESS MENU LUNCHES

 

Between noon and 2pm, business menu lunches are available every weekday at the Atrium Restaurant. A vegetarian and non-vegetarian menu are available daily, including soup, main course, salad and dessert for the price of €15.

The advantages of business lunches at the Atrium Restaurant are its good location, large, free of charge car park and quick service.
